Arlo Ultra 4 K cannot connect to live feed through my app

I have been using 2 Ultra 4 K Cameras without issue, Now all of a sudden I cannot connect to live feed through my app.  If I go out and remove the battery and plug it back in, it will connect for a little bit. I have unplugged my base unit and rebooted, It will still record movement, at least most of time, occasionally it will not record through the night until we  reset the camera. Any suggestions on wh

Do you get an error message when trying to connect? Who is your ISP and what are your download/upload speeds? What doe the signal strength icon show for that camera?

Hi James,

It just shows a working symbol then goes back to showing the play symbol. My ISP is wow. 452 mbps Download Speed, 51 mbps upload speed. I usually show 1 to 2 bars signal.

With those speeds, that likely isn't the issue. The signal strength however could be the problem, as a test, try moving the camera within a few feet from your SmartHub and attempt a live stream. Do you get the same results?

I spoke to Arlo Tech Support and they indicated that the base firmware update on Dec 7 likely has issues. My problems started around that same time as well. I had been functioning very well until that update came out. They're calling my help ticket "weak camera signals". Hopefully we'll all be fixed soon, but the last time there was a bad update (July 2019), it took at least 30 days before it was resolved. Good Luck to us all.
