Arlo Ultra 1-Year Free Subcription

Hello,

I purchased Arlo Ultra from Bestbuy couple weeks ago, and my free one subscription did not get activated. I talked to Arlo and they said the device was registered before so that they cannot activate it. I just return the device and got the new one today but still don’t know how that one year will get activated. Any help much appreciated!

It should activated automatically when you add it to your account.
