https://kb.arlo.com/000062681/Arlo-Dual-Charging-Station-LED-Behavior
As you can see, however, there is no description as to what a solid amber LED light means, which is what mine is. All the time!
Can anyone help...?

Remove batteries, unplug charger for a min or so...
Re-plug in charger, put in battery
See if it now works.

Which dual charger are you referencing? There's 2, with one being for the Pro and Pro 2 batteries and another for the newer batteries (Ultra, Pro 3/4, etc.).
AMber when the batteries are inserted means they're charging. If no batteries are inserted, I would assume there's a fault, either with the wall wart or the charger itself.
