I just figured out why my dual battery charger would begin blinking yellow after a few mins of charging, and I would like to share the resolution and hopefully help save time for people experiencing this issue.
RESOLUTION: Place something (that has a little weight to it) on top of the batteries while charging. In my case, I used my multi tool. Apparently, the batteries shift upwards in the charger, losing contact with the charging pins in the dual charger. I hope this helps...

HNIC74,
Is there any debris in the recessed area where the battery should sit? You should not need to add any weight to the battery for it to maintain charging on the dock.

Adding weight on top of the batteries doesn't make any difference. So far I've found no information as to what a slow blinking yellow light signifies. Does it mean the battery is charged or is being charged or that it's a bad battery. If it signifies a bad battery I've got several of them, I see no debris in the charger.

Gonna guess the charger is bad.

Try charging one of the batteries in a camera.

Absolutely positive that there is no debris in the charger. It seems as if there is a tight tolerance in the build of the charging base and the battery causing a "shifting upward" with the battery until it loses contact. Adding a little weight to the top of the battery while charging works flawlessly for me.
