  • I just purchased this camera but I'm wondering if after 1 year I'm still able to watch the past 7 days of videos. My current original Arlo Pro we've had for years we are able to watch the past 7 days without a subscription. Can someone answer this?

Only the pro2 or earlier model cameras were bundled with the free 7days cloud storage.

 

Models after the pro2 cameras require a subscription plan to access cloud recordings and services.

 

Your new ultra may have a trial subscription period after which requires subscription.
