How do I turn off all the notifications regarding anything but movements and such?

I don’t want any notifications when I go from home to standby etcetera. 

Also. Is there a solution for the scheduling going only from for example 22:00-23:59 00:00-07:00??? There’s a ”missing” minute.

In the past, the schedule was active for the full minute chosen so no "missing" minute. However, you can test it your self by changing (or creating) a schedule and then test whether you get a recording during that minute.

@AlexWhi found there is a missing minute if you use custom modes with "Feed".  

@jambo5210 found that he could schedule over midnight using the web interface (but not the app).  That might be relevant to @KS1979 , since the mode change notifications are particularly annoying at midnight.
