Hello, my first-generation Ultra camera (model VMC5040) only shows black and white images and is not detecting motion. Is there anyone who repairs the Device (hardware)?
I did a test by clicking on the flashlight icon (in the app or browser) and noticed that the camera LEDs are having problems, one lights up weakly and the other barely lights up, but strangely in this condition the image becomes colored.

No repairs are available. If it were under warranty, you could get it replaced. However, given the apparent age of the camera, it needs to be replaced.
