I logged into Alro IOS app (not legacy) and got the following message:
"We are sorry, the database service is currently down. Please try again."
Also, none of my videos are recording. I can see the motion detection icon turn orange in the app as well as the SD card recording icon turn orange but nothing shows in the library.

I had this same error message last night around 10pm... or about an hour every time I tried to log into the app it said that message at the top of the screen on my iPhone XS Max...
I’m pretty disappointed... just when everything seemed to be working near perfect after the recent SmartHub and Ultra Camera firmware updates (perfect other than my Pro 2 cameras are still doing the weird 15 second cloud recording- then freezing and sound continues for the remainder of the 2 minute recorded clip)....
The new app comes out and it all goes to hell in a hand basket again. Same thing - Arlo Ultras not showing recordings in the web portal, cameras randomly showing as offline, geofencing that was working perfectly is now hit or miss and sometimes will not properly arm/disarm...
ughhhh if it’s not one thing it’s another....
