Have 6 months left on Premier Trial with 4 cameras. Added CVR Plan to one camera. Arlo then delete my trial, charged my credit card for the CVR Plan and now I lost my library on all cameras. CVR says it does not work on the subscribed camera. BUT they charged my credit card fine! Spent 5-6 hours on chat and telephone. Said they would contact me in 24-48 hours. Just checked today and they asked for MORE screen shots. No Progress on Ticket. Why is it so difficult to spend additional money at Arlo? They are destroying their own company.
