I tried looking this up on the forum but to no availability. Support was of no use btw. Here's the background of my initial problem.
After doing some thorough research and stumbling upon an Arlo forum existing thread there was 1 member that nailed it. The problem was with the activity zone set on my driveway camera I was still getting notified randomly daily of a car passing by. This seems to be a known issue posted on here quite a bit. However there were other videos captured (not notifying me) and recorded to my local library storage. Until 1 member posting in a thread about activity zones not working with the Arlo Ultra stated 1 huge tip which was under the camera's settings-device utilities-camera positioning. Once you select it it gives you a live view from the camera however there's a shaded area at the top of the live view. This essentially you can position it in a way where in my case covers the road. Once I did this and created a new activity zone it worked great. No more annoying false notifications outside my activity zone. However it created a new problem as my recordings of every car passing by the house no longer recorded to my local storage. The notifications stopped which is great but it only recorded my neighbours coming and going from their driveways to my local storage. Ideally having every car captured passing by my house and recorded to my local storage is critical as a few months back the driveway camera caught my neighbours car stolen from his driveway in the early morning. It captured the video well before the driver even got out of his vehicle.

Here's what I have setup for my camera. It's plugged into power, I have smart alerts enabled for only people to notify me nothing else for within my activity zone on my driveway.

Would it be feasible to turn on vehicle or all other motion? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Some cameras will process activity zones in the camera (not the cloud) when powered.  The Ultra at one point would do that - but I think that was removed.  You could try removing AC power from the camera (as a test), and see if you then get neighbor recordings in local storage.

If that doesn't help, then the camera likely isn't triggering at all on the neighboring driveways or street with the new positioning.  You can of course test that by deleting the zone altogether.

You can of course.  That will give you more notifications - but won't affect recordings.
