Hello.

This appears to be resolved from previous posts. I'm running the latest firmware on all my devices, and yet, I keep getting the wrong notifications of things that are moving outside of my defined areas. See the link below:

Car driving outside

This car is driving outside my defined Area (which stops where the stone meets the pavement), and also it was flagged as a "Person" when it is clearly a vehicle driving by. The amount of exessive alerts we're getting because of this is driving me and my wife nuts. Is there a resolution to this issue coming anytime soon?

I’m having the SAME issue. I’ve read all the threads from December saying that the issue was resolved and I have the latest firmware. Can I please get some help with this issue?

Try completely removing and recreating the Activity Zone. If that still doesn't resolve the issue, try taking a look at your sensitivity settings and dial back sensitivity until you achieve the desired results: How do I change the motion sensitivity on my Arlo camera?

Okay I tried both of those solutions. Dialed the sensitivity all the way down to 10. No luck.

Hello,

I am as well having this issue. I have deleted activity zones and recreated them, dialed down the motion sensitivity - no luck, reset the camera - no change. This is all coupled with the “mute notifications” setting not working. So now i am receiving countless notifications without any way of muting them - short of turning off the baby monitor. That would be a bad idea.

Can any updates be given to these resolutions?
