The activity zone settings are no longer available for my Ultra cameras. I am running iOS 14.1and the lasted version of the app: 2.21 (1397). No smart plan but both cameras are plugged into power.

The development team is aware about this issue and is investigating reports about the "Activity Zone" option not showing on the Ultra camera settings. We appreciate everyone's patience and will update the community once we hear more information from the team.

I'm having the same exact issue with. Please provide an update at the earliest. Also if the issue is being investigated why Support asks for nonsense things to try to fix this (like re-install Arlo app on IOS...). Looking FW for quick response. Thanks

Same here, activity zones just disappeared on the app and on the web............

If you're still experiencing the issue where you're not seeing activity zones for your Ultra cameras, please contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.

had a similar problem a while back. go online from a computer in your subscription and move to deactivate then move back to activate and that worked. might have to go to the camera utilities and make the zone again.

Thanks. I removed all my cameras and then had to reinstall all of them and then the activity zones reappeared. Hope that doesn’t happen with every software update.
