ARLO PRO2 SET-UP ADDING ARLO ULTRA

Attempting to add Arlo Ultra Add-On Camera [VMC5040] to existing Arlo Pro 2 (3 Camera) System. I'm unable to get base station to pickup/recognize the new Arlo Ultra Add-On Camera. Android phone will not recognize any new devices. Is the base station (Arlo Pro 2) compatible with the new Arlo Ultra?

What model is the base station?

Not all Ultra features are available on older base stations.
