Arlo base station VMS-5500-100NAS base station will not add Ultra cameras. It says I am not online, but this is wrong.

Being noted as offline has to be fixed first. What is the hub's LED showing? Did you successfully connect it to your account first? Are you using a VPN?

The VPN is turned off. The base station and computer are connected to the Netgear router with an Ethernet cable. I have added the cameras with an old VMB-4000 base station. They work fine but will not add to the newer base station listed above.

The hubs LED says it is connected , but when country to add Ultra cameras it says I am not connected to the internet.

What country are you in? I wonder if Ultras (and many other newer cameras) aren't supported in your region.

Hola! I'm from argentina, the base station, don't work . I'm buy recently and never be used.. what can i do? It's online but un the app says offline
