Yes, the Spotlight feature is optional on motion detection. To turn off the spotlight, navigate to Settings for your Ultra camera > Light Settings > toggle the spotlight off. With this setting off, the spotlight will not turn on when motion is detected. Note that this will result in low light images being black and white.
