Hey, all-

I have an issue with my new Ultra2 when it records in night vision mode. At the top of the image there is this cloudiness that is always present. It's only while using night vision. The lens is free of any scratches or smudges and it's driving me nuts. Any explanations of the presence of the distortion? I've used night vision cameras for years with trail cameras and have never seen this.

Kinda hard to tell. Is there anything just overhead of the camera that may be causing a reflection? Have you tried cleaning the lens?

Try inverting the camera (and use the flip 180 setting to compensate).  Then see what happens to the cloudiness pattern.

I'm sure there are many who would neglect the simple, but of course I made sure the lens is glean by using a microfiber cloth. Nothing above the camera. No light that could be causing any reflection.

Good thought. I'll try that tomorrow evening hopefully.
