When I use the ARLO APP to view one of my Smart Hubs it appears on line and the four Arlo Ultra 2 cameras connected are working fine and recording as expected, however the hub says “This device is currently disabled and will not respond to mode changes”.
However, when I view the Smart Hub on the web there is no such message.
The Hub shows a blue light, restarted the hub several times but the message just remains on the App.
it’s just the strange message when viewing from the App.
My other Smart Hubs are fine.
Smart Hub.
Hardware VMb5000r4
Firmware 1.21.1.0_1431_9611cf3
Any ideas?
Thanks

Very odd - I've never seen nor heard about that for a hub, only cameras. Start by rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Failing that, try power cycling the hub.

I had exact same issue. I removed Ultra from app and then added back. Everything worked again
