base station won’t connect to the Apple HomeKit

#My base station, won’t connect to Apple HomeKit, I’ve tried everything besides the token reset The basic I have is the ones to the Arlo ultra, to come with the SD card slot

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Thank you I was able to connect my baseStation to the Apple Home But now the cameras are not responding. I reset my HomePod and Arlo base station. Still no response. I made sure everything was on the same network and still no response.

I have sent that reset again. Please log out of the account then log back in and try to see if it will set up correctly. If you are still seeing the same behavior you will need to reset the basestation. Please keep in mind if you do the reset you will need to hook the re-onboard the cameras.
