I recently created an account and signed up for a plan. I then added a user and granted access to all my cameras. That user cannot see the cameras. What did I do wrong?

Another issue is devices show up fine in the app for the admin account but offline in the web portal.

All users, including the owner and guests, must be using the same version app and user interface. Since you recently created the account, it would appear that you have the new UI, showing Dashboard, Feed, etc. at the bottom. If so, your guest must also migrate to the new UI by (lying) to "install" a security system or Pro 5 camera. This will force a migration first and afterwards just cancel the "install".

Both users will have a default Home shown at the top. The guest must choose your Home to see the cameras. It is useful for at least one of you to rename Home so as to be easily identified which is which.

As for the web showing offline, try flushing the browser cache and/or using a different browser.

I am logging into the same app on the same phone. The user account cannot see the cameras.

Does your account showing that the invitation was accepted?

If it does, you need to try this:

Migration to "feed" from "library" can't be undone, and there are some limitations and bugs reported here.
