Trying to set up my new arlo smart hub. Arlo app cannot find the smart hub. Network shows the smart hub is connected (wired connection). The Arlo app on my phone is the same network. Light on smart hub is steady blue.
Help!!!

A steady Blue LED would indicate the device is connected to the internet and online. Did you purchase this device second hand?
