One of my ultra 2 cameras stopped working, ( have 12 of them in my setup, so am familiar with them)
Ultra 2 camera stopped working-turned into a brick.
It’s not a battery issue as I have my cameras on battery and solar panel connection. but also tried a fully charged battery justin case.
1. I removed camera from my cameras in the app, can’t add it back on since camera’s offline and seems like it doesn’t power up.
2. I remove/insert the battery, I hear a click, but no light activity at all.
3. Tried doing the factory reset (holding down the button for 15-20 seconds)- no changes.
My setup is about 1-2 yrs old, so they’re fairly new- support is no help as usual.
Has anyone ever ran into this?
if so, what did you do to bring it back to
life or is their life span really this short and I should expect the other 11 to go down into the abiss?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Everything fails eventually. That said, I haven't had any of my own Ultras fail (including some from 2018). But I don't have as many as you have.
Did you open the camera and look carefully at the connection between the battery and camera?

Thank you for the suggestion StephenB
The connection between the camera and battery seem fine to me and the fact that I hear a click when I insert the battery makes me think that it gets power and tries to initialize but doesn’t?
this is the first major failure I’ve had with this ultra 2s, so am not that familiar with what could go wrong or what I could try…

The click is probably the IR nightvision filter being shifted. So some power must be reaching the camera.
I was wondering if one of the wire spring clips in the camera's battery connection was missing or damaged.
Overall, the camera isn't repairable, so unfortunately you will need to replace it.
