Hello, I have a Secure Plus subscription, which means I have an extra 12 months of warranty on the device. The microphone in one of the cameras has stopped working. What should I do? Where can I take the camera for repair or replacement?

Arlo doesn't offer repair services for their equipment.
You can contact support through the app, and ask for an RMA.
If you can still exhange the cameras with the seller (not likely if you are past the usual 12 month warranty), you should do that instead.
