Ultra 2 not recording in 4k

Hi, why do I get push notifications for vehicles when they are toggles off? Why are my recordings in 2k when I pay for 4k...both cameras. Just purchased these cameras and am thinking of returning them as not fit for purpose

Just to confirm - You have either an Arlo Secure Plus or an Arlo Elite subscription?

 

Did the cameras every record in 4K?  If not, you might want to confirm the model.  There's a part number (starting with VMC) inside the camera - behind the battery I think.

Hi thanks for the reply. Yes they have previously recorded in 4k. I have secure plus subscription

Then I suggest contacting support (using the support option in the app).
