Ultra 2 camera.  The camera unit does not charge the battery. The only way the NEW battery will charge is if I charge the battery from another camera. Arlo advertising states the product is weather resistant. False advertising!! I have spent hours chatting to resolve the issue. The morons in customer service have not once resolved the issue.  Why is it when you want to purchase the Arlo product, customer service is available on the phone, but after purchase, it is impossible to talk to someone on the phone. Customer service is non-existent!  I will never buy this product again!!

For further assistance with your Ultra 2 camera battery not charging, please navigate to Settings > Support in the Arlo App for service options available to you.

Do you have a subscription or in the trial for the Ultra2 or just using Local Hub storage?  If you have a subscription there should be a phone icon to call in the support setting in the App.
