For a full 6 weeks my utlra has not been downloading video. They mess up the software download so that the Hub does not respond to commands, nothing but nothing Factory Reset , Reset, Uninstall, reinstall does nothing. Then yesterday for a few moments I was able to download some of the 6 week video. They mess up the software render your system useless, do not support their new software other than via users posting on a forum. Charge you $200 plus for Ultra 2 that dont work after 1 year. Oh no you need a service contract before we can do anything, a lot of us are pensioners and whilst $7 a month may seem nothing it is the difference between putting food on the table and not. Then yesterday for a few seconds it decides to work.

Why dont u bench test before u roll out yr software.
