I installed the ultra 2 home station/base and the arlo app won't find the base or cameras. I have checked that the ethernet cable is connected and have ran test through Cox and it says the home bases connected. The app will not find it. Very frustrated

What does the hub LED show? It should be solid blue.
If a VPN is in use, disable it.
Make sure your phone is connected to your WiFi, not just cell service.
Press the hub's reset button for >15 seconds until the LED flashes amber. Let it reboot until the LED is solid blue (~2 minutes) and try again.
Try using a computer browser (my.arlo.com) to connect the hub - sometimes it works better.
