Can’t add devices

I have a new set of ultra cameras. 3 in the set with a hub. The hub led turns solid blue. I still can’t add cameras or the hub into the app. Can you please help. Ta.

You need to start with the hub.

 

Try a paperclip reset, and then see if you can add it to your account.

 

Also try my.arlo.com on a PC.  That sometimes works when the app fails.
