Ultra 2 Won't Connect Over Internet

I have just received and setup 2 Arlo Ultra 2 cameras.
Both are constantly powered and have good signal.
The live streaming works on both cameras when my phone is connected to the WiFi.
Motion detection works on both cameras when my phone is connected to the WiFi or internet.
Video playback works on both cameras when my phone is connected to the WiFi or internet.
However, I can only Live Stream to one of the two cameras when connect over the internet, it just says Connecting.... and never does. Any ideas?

Maybe coincidence? But CVR stopped working on this camera and the live streaming has come back (over the internet).
I guess you can't have CVR and use Live Streaming 😕
