Ultra 2 Camera. Camera pixelates.

When under 'devices', 'live', the camera pixelates. When under 'setting' for the camera and 'video settings', camera does not pixelate?

I suspect a connection issue. A brief connection (inn Settings) may not be sufficient to trigger the problem. 

If you have another camera swap them around to see if it's the camera or location. If you only have 1 camera, bring it closer to the hub to see if that improves the situation.
