ULTRA 2 Washed out color and blurry

The camera started showing odd colors and blurry video. Turned off HDR, checked brightness, but i cannot turn off tracking. It returns to the on state.  Anyway, see my pic for a view of these weird colors.

Have you tried removing/reinserting the battery?
