ultra 2 VMC5040. I can't find the base

I recently purchased this system for my Vacation Home and can't find it. I used my laptop and my Apple Phone and it says no device found the hub has been reset it comes up with a solid Blue LED and appears to be connected to the internet.

Was this a new system, or did you purchase it used/refurbished?
