Many thanks i swap my one spare new ultra2 camera so far its works without one false alert so i think sun reflection main cause .but i dont understand why old camera given false alert all are brand new  ? so the one given false alert means its faulty? so have to send back to netgear? its only 30 days old.

Netgear divested Arlo back in 2018, so Netgear isn't involved in any way.

If the second camera works ok, then it isn't likely to be sun reflections.  Try putting the problem camera in a different spot and see if the false alerts happen there.

If the issue happens no matter where the camera is, then you could try a hardware reset.  You'd remove the camera from the account, and hold down the sync button inside the camera until the camera LED flashes amber (~15 seconds).  Then add it back.

If that fails, then you can either exchange the camera with the seller (if you are still in the return window), or contact Arlo support via the app, and request an RMA.  Exchanging with the seller is the better option if you still can do that.

BTW, don't google a support number for Arlo - that almost always leads to a scam support site.  Use the support center in the app.

Where are you located? The sun's angle can cause its IR to be reflected off moving leaves, etc. causing this. Which compass direction is the camera pointing? Have you tried lowering motion detection to see if that helps? A screenshot of the camera view could be useful for suggestions.

Have you tried swapping the camera with another one of the Ultras?  Then see if the problem stays with the location or if it moves with the camera.
