Sun icon showing but no charging?

I have installed two solar power chargers for both of my cameras. When the magnetic charger is connected to the cameras, it shows in the app as having a solar charger connection but it does not charge the batteries? Does someone know why this could be? Thanks

Are you using the Arlo panels? Or are you using third-party panels?

What charge level are you seeing?

Are you seeing a charge indication in the app?

The cameras won't charge if it's below freezing (unlikely this time of year), and of course they won't charge when the panels aren't getting enough light.

Even when they are charging, the panels might not be enough to keep the cameras fully charged - that depends on the amount of activity the cameras are capturing.  Do you have an estimate on how many seconds of video a day they are capturing?  Note you need to turn off activity zones to estimate this.
