I'm still on my 3 month trial of "smart" but I did upgrade 1 camera to do the CCR. As soon as I paid for the order my camer gave me a warning message that the AC was disconnected and so now it won't record. It was never connected to AC. It's battery and has a full battery. I can't get this to take the warning away and start doing what I paid for with the CCR. ANY ideas? Tia
