I have the SmartHub 5000 running the latest OS (1.27) and it’s constantly randomly flashing red for a period, then goes back to a blue solid light.
While it’s flashing red, I cannot view my cameras, anyone know what it’s doing ? It’s not upgrading the OS, as the OS version stays the same. This is also impacting me viewing the cameras and stored images.

I also see that occasionally with no known reason. All I can surmise is that something between your hub and the servers is having an issue, causing the connection to be broken. There's nothing you can do to fix that since it's beyond your control.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
