I've been emailed a discount code for 40% of subscription for 6 months. I clicked on the link in the email, chosen the subscription package, added the cameras, get to the page to pay - and there is now a discount code in the box, with the words underneath "code not valid".
I've tried on my phone and on my laptop. I've asked the chatbot which just sends itself round in circles and then ends the conversation.
There does not appear to be any way for me to speak to a human. Do they still have any at Arlo? I'm beginning to think that they don't!
I am so frustrated with this system. The only thing I can do is ask in the Community - you guys are their customer support service (so they don't have to bother employing anyone, after all why pay when you can get it for free). It is an appalling business and if I didn't have the cameras I would never give them another penny of my money.
TL;DR - do arlo have a customer support email address for those who don't have a subscription but might want to? Or do I just accept they don't want my business and invest in another security system?
