Can only one phone per household connect to the video doorbell?

I suppose that may depend on exactly what you mean. Generally, multiple people can have access to the doorbell (and other cameras) by either using a shared account (Grant Access) or by using the original credentials. They should all get doorbell press notifications as well as videos and associated notifications.
