Shared access, but can’t see cameras

I have tried sharing access with my daughter three times now and she still can’t see the cameras. We have deleted her account each time and have tried recreating new ones with each invite. Have tried accessing via her phone and laptop. Tried syncing the base station with her and still can’t access anything. This is ridiculous. How does she access the camera with her own account so we both can login at the same time?

Do you see "Library" in your app? Or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?
Check this also in her account.
If you see "Library" and she sees "Feed", then you need to migrate your account to "Feed".
