Recordings stored in the SD inserted in my Smart hub only able to be viewed sometimes?

When I try to access my recordings remotely I can only view my SD card stored files sometimes only?

Remote viewing requires the use of either port forwarding or a VPN. Anything in the connection between the phone and router can interfere with this although I suppose the router itself could be the issue. WHat error message do you get? Any details could be useful.
