Recordings disappeared after connecting verisure

Hi Arlo Community

 

I recently linked my arlo cameraes and Verisure subscription. Since then, I’m unable to watch any incidents in my arlo app. 

Arlo refers to Verisure, at Verisure refers to Arlo. 

From what I understand, I should be able to use my Arlo cameras as if I still had the Arlo subscription- the only difference is the collaboration between Arlo and Verisure. 

If anyone of you have the same setup, can you confirm that you are able to watch your recordings in the Arlo app, even with the cameras linked to Verisure?

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

 I called Verisure today and it turned out they missed integrating my cameras on their end. 

I’m back on all features.
