Please allow the option to configure the siren to the smart notifications

I understand that one configuration for the siren should be to not use the AI servers to decide if there is an intruder (in the event of the loss of internet connectivity). However I would like to be able to decide to use the AI with activity zones and smart notifications to decide whether to activate the siren. 

Or even have a waterfall, to use the AI, smart notifications (when it knows it connected to the servers). if it cannot connect to the servers then just trigger the siren on any movement.

Please Arlo, we should have that feature!
