so i have 4 cameras on 1 smart hub, when i check them on my cell all 4 are on line, when i check them on the pc it shows 2 offline, how do i fix this? do i have to install the 2nd smart hub? Thank for any help

Update, If i logged into arlo on another pc i can see all cameras, so i went back to my main pc cleared history and cache and logged in again and i now have all 4 cameras. Thanks

It sounds like either the app or the PC is confused on the actual status. Try livestreaming the "offline" cameras in the app the next time you see this, and see if that works. If it does, the cameras are in fact on-line.
