Cannot login to account....either through the laptop (Nox) or the mobile app

originally, everything worked. Nox program for laptop Arlo app. mobile app worked and could see my camera. 2 days later, I could not login to my account. now I cannot see camera on laptop or mobile device. Chat is frustrating and nobody can help. no phone numbers are listed and the emails are all "No-reply-at". at this point, i am ready to return everything.
