Unable to connect to the internet. Changed cables, reset the hub. Powered off and on. App shows Hub offline and all cameras not connected to the internet. Worked fine for several years. On line chat no response.

Have you tried rebooting the local network modem then the same for the base station?

Finally got through to a live agent. Problem resolved by removing all devices on the mobile app, resetting the hub, and adding devices one-by-one. Working fine for now.
