I have 10 cameras at two locations and only one camera records. When I originally purchased the cameras, we didn’t need any subscription. But now only one camera works. Do I have to Pay A subscription. And if so, which one do I purchase?

Ultra cameras (like all currently sold cameras) need a subscription for cloud storage. They come with a trial subscription.
But some legacy cameras were sold with 7 days of free cloud storage (with some restrictions).
If you can give us the details of what cameras are at each location (model and number) we can give you better help. We also need to know whether your app shows "Library" as a menu option, or whether it shows "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead.
