Hi 

 

I have the Arlo ultra pro 2 and I have downloaded the app

on my phone. I am not seeing any feed on my app at all. I tried closing the app and powering off the hub but I still do not receive any feed. What do I need to do? Do I need an SD card to be put in the hub?

If you don't have a subscription which enables cloud recordings then, yes, you need to enable local recordings. Since you mention Feed, I assume you have the new UI so to view local recordings, use Settings, Home, Devices, your hub, Storage Setting to view any recordings. This is the same place where you would set up local recordings in the first place.
