I have been paying monthly for a plan but apparently a legacy plan How do I contact support to change over

First, is there a reason you need to change? (Would it be cheaper???)
Second, you shouldn't need support for this. Log into my.arlo.com on a PC, and you will be able to cancel the old plan and subscribe to a new one.

I am paying but no videos are being stored. Is it because I am in a legacy plan. ?

Are the cameras listed in your subscription plan?

With the Ultra 2, you'd first need to make sure 4K livestreaming is disabled.
Then livestream the camera by pressing the play icon in the middle of the image. You'll see a target icon (solid dot surrounded by a ring) in the bottom center of the video. Touch it, and the center will turn red (and it will start recording).
