New Ultra 2 video disappearing

Just installed 4 Ultra 2s, have Charter cable, router is fairly new, one wired doorbell, one wireless, have apple phone, 500 Mbps. So the apple phone shows pictures of all 4 cameras and doorbell working, then in about a minute or so the pictures disappear, then a minute or 2 they reappear.

So we removed the Hub from Arlo app., on the customers phone, then reset the hub in to the router,
the Hub connected to the internet, then we added the hub as a new device in the Arlo app. Everything is good.
