Need serious help and guidance with new cameras

I'm reposting the following from last week. I'm not very tech savvy so I might have missed some answers, but I was able to only read one. It's indicated I have a message from the community but the message is not opening so if you can assist with that it is appreciated as well.

I recently installed 3 cameras, a doorbell camera & chime. I believe this is a good American made & owned system but I"m totally frustrated after days of reading online instructions (Witten & video) by Arlo as well as others on tweaking the system to my personal preferences within what is available in this system. Purported icons are not present for example among other items.
Please help with the following list of items.
- How to have more than one person logged in at the same time?
- Is there a video that takes you through each & every step/nuance on how to use the Arlo system? I have no need for an unboxing video & cameras are properly installed/active.
- How to set the timing of the spotlight ?
- How to set up review of local storage when away.?
- Making rules ? Example of a rule?
- How to save/move/view SD card?
- Deleting/creating an activity zone.
- Snippets for the most part are 10 seconds & several are made for the same event rather than just one extended video for the same event. Occasionally the video will record up to 5 minutes but that is rare & inconsistent?
- How to delete snippets in mass rather than one at a time?
- How to determine if SD cards are recording without removing the card.
- How to better capture license plates?
- How to transfer photos/video to laptop.
- How to decrease lag time for video recording of activity.?
- How to determine if solar panels are working properly?
- Occasionally the entire system goes offline for a few minutes; why does this happen?
- False/Positive notifications/recordings? How to minimize?
- No pencil icon?

- A: This feature is not available at this time, but this request has been escalated to the development team for consideration.
- How to determine if SD cards are recording without removing the card.
- A: You can view with direct access to local storage as instructed in your first question about local storage, or remove the card and view from a PC.
- How to better capture license plates?
- A: Repositioning the camera close to the object you're trying to view/detect may help.
- How to transfer photos/video to laptop.

- How to decrease lag time for video recording of activity.?
- A: Increasing motion sensitivity or positioning the camera for better motion detection can often improve detection time. See here: https://kb.arlo.com/37/How-do-I-position-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera
- How to determine if solar panels are working properly?
- A: Solar panels provide a slow, trickle charge. If the solar panel is connected to the camera and the charging icon indicates the camera is being charged, it's working.
- Occasionally the entire system goes offline for a few minutes; why does this happen?
- A: This could be due to a session issue on the viewing client. If you log out and log back in, do you still see the issue?
- False/Positive notifications/recordings? How to minimize?
- A: See camera positioning article above.
- No pencil icon?
- A: If you don't see a pencil icon, this means you have the newer UI that is currently being released to users slowly. You should reference the links in the knowledge base articles that refer to Arlo Secure App experience with Feed.
