My Arlo Ultra 2 wont turn night vision on, have tried everything!

Just bought 4-pack of Ultra 2.
3/4 works fine, but the last one can't show night vision.
I have tried all solutions on this forum as
Remove from smarthub
Take battery in and out.
Resync
Turn night vision on/off is also tried, and turning 180* nothing is helping
Also tried restarting the hub,
But it wont show black/white when the room is without light.
Its just all black, and yes im sure the ultra 2 is turn on, and the IR are also on and showing on the camera when its dark, so it should work? right, but no...
Only time everything turns into black/white, is when there abit of light from another room example.
but when the door to the room where camera is placed are closed, its showing totally black........
